Deer Vase: This is a unique use of deer bones. This gourd is decorated with
Anasazi beans, turquoise, natural coral, leather and wool yarn. The base of
the gourd is made from bones of a Whitetail Deer: the sacrum and one
vertebrae bone. All held together with gold tone wire and finished in a clear
glaze.
