Custom orders are available, as long as we have the item in stock. The
turn around time is approximately 3 weeks from the time the customer
has decided on what semi-precious stones are to be used. Additional
charge for rush orders especially during the holiday season. E-mail us for
a quote per item ordered. There is a deposit of 50% of the total charge
required per order. Please note that there will be a 10% non-refundable
fee for orders cancelled once order has been placed after 24 hours.
